We had a family fish taco night. We caught a lot of fish on our trip to oregon and it was stinking up our freezer. I decided it was time to use it. Everyone came over and we had a great dinner and then we went through some family pictures my mom had. We had a good time together.

Our funny boy Anthony eating smores.

Toothless Lily! Angel loves to watch her eat. Especially Apples. She has to eat from the side of her mouth and takes tiny bites like a little animal!

We roasted weenies and had smores in our back yard. Thats as close as it gets to camping for our family. Whenever I tell Angel I want to go camping, he replies, "I grew up with no electricity or running water, why would I want to do that for fun?" Its true, but I still know the kids would love it.

Last day for the Little Luann snack for the '08 season. They sold Lemonade, chicken quesadillas, candy and apples. They made$28.00

I took the kids to zion over fall break. We hiked the emerald pools. It was the perfect time of year to go. My friend Stacha took her kids and their friends. It was a lot of fun!

Who likes bean tostadas?

Lily and Anthony do!

Working with Dad

Its that time again! Time to get stocked up on wood for the winter. Angel spent a few hours splitting wood and Anthony stacked it for him. I love his little squat to drop the wood.

Meet Gary

Want to know what we do for fun in Virgin at the Staples compound? Meet Gary. Gary is the kids pet tumbleweed. They found him at my dads house and tied a rope to him and dragged him around like their pet. When they were done playing with him the tied him to the fence so he wouldnt blow away. I love when kids use their imaginations!

Zion and Kolob

Saturday before last we decided to head up to zion for a picnic in the rain. We brought some of the cousins. We had fun playing in the rain. We were all soaking wet when we got home. Then sunday we drove up to Kolob in between sessions. I cant remember the last time I went to Kolob. Probably at least 3 years. It is hard to believe it is right up the road from us! So beautiful!
