Halloween 2009!

We had a great Halloween. Lily was a cat and Anthony was Captain Hook! Aunt Jaime and Uncle Kent had a fun halloween party and the kids had a great time! Heres captain hook decorating cookies.

Fall 2009

We went on a scavenger hunt looking for things that were certain colors. The kids colored each hole of the egg carton a different color and then we walked around the compound finding so many interesting things! We had lots of fun!

We always decorate our front porch for fall. Im running out of ideas now!

I celebrated my birthday October 1st. I had lunch with my friends in springdale and Angel had all the family over and made this beautiful chocolate, Carmel trifle.

I know, its about time!! I need to get updated on all of the things that have been going on lately. It seems like we have been so busy and there is so much I want to get documented on the blog. I cant believe its Christmas already!! Summer was just way too short! Before we know it our baby girl will be here! I'm pretty sure I'll end up posting everything in the wrong order!! Oh well, I least I'm getting it done right?

Lily gets baptized!!!

We cant believe you are already eight!! This was such a special day for all of us! We are so proud of you for all the things you have learned and for choosing to be baptized! Thank you for always being a good example to all of those around you! We love you!

The morning of Lilys birthday!! Sunday August 16th! Eight years old!!! Lily we love you and are so proud of you!! Thank you for bringing so much life into our lives!!

Fun in the sun in Newport!

The kids and I headed to Newport to stay a few days with my dad and Donna. Newport Dunes is a very special place for especially Lily and I. Before Lily was in school I was blessed to be able to go with my mom and dad to Newport when my dad would go to california for work. Lily and I made some very special memories with "Grandma Luann". Mom would take us shopping to our favorite grocery store, Gelsons where she loved to buy their gourmet yet very expensive desserts. We also liked shopping at Trader Joes and eating out at Hoffs Hut. It was a little hard to go back without my mom, but we had a great time creating new memories with "Grandma Donna."

This was my old missionary companion Gaby canela Mariscal, She helped me find and teach Angel the discussions.

Anthonys primary talk!

Anthony gave his first talk in primary a couple of weeks ago and did really well! he had most of it memorized and drew his own illustrations. I should have flipped them before I downloaded them, now I'm not sure how to do it. Anyways, this is how it went.

We were so proud of him. They have even asked him to share his talk in sacrament next month.

More summer fun!

The 24th of july in Virgin. We always have a childrens play and they always turn out awesome.

Dad and Donna were seald in June. Just a couple of days after their one year anniversary. We were all so happy for them. It was a beautiful day!! Somehow not everyone made it in the photo.:(
