Moms Birhday!

Strawberry reservoir july 2005 Tomorrow August 30th would be moms 63rd Birthday. I wish she was here! It has been one crazy year full of many trials and many more blessings! Anthony was saying prayer at dinner the other night and prayed to "Please send Grandma Luann back so she can snuggle me, read me books and cook me some food." Sometimes I feel like praying for the same thing. Mom, if you can hear my thoughts, I miss your hugs, your yummy food (I wish I had asked for all your delicious recipes), I miss the quality time you spent with my kids teaching them things that I cant teach them. I miss having you as my shopping partner. I miss being able to serve and help you. I miss your frequent "I Love You's" I love you too! Happy Birthday! Its your first birthday that you celebrate looking and feeling younger and healthy. Im happy for you!

Little Luann's Snack Shack

Angel built this snack shack for Lily, it ended being a larger task than planned. Lily told us shortly after my mom died (Luann) that she wanted to open a lemonade stand and call it little Luanns lemonade. We sell more than lemonade, hence the name Little Luanns snack shack. The kids and I painted it after it was built. We still need to get the name on the front.

Not only do they sell homemade goodies, but also candies and snacks. We didnt finish the snack shack until later in the summer, so it has only opened twice. She made over $100.00 each time!!! We are all exhausted when the day is over. Ill let you know when the next opening is.

My toothless princess turned seven on the 16th of this month. They grow up so fast it is sad!!! I love you Lily! You bring so much color and joy to my life! We're still best friends right? Forever!
