Our first garden

The stream (or sometimes raging river)

Planting our first garden

We put the garden between our house and the Watts and we will share the fruits of our labor.

Mason and Eliza.

I wanted a before and after picture. Heres the before, we'll see how much it grows.

Zion

Donnas daughter Kathy came out to visit and we all went to Oscars for lunch. These pictures are about a month and a half old, but I wanted to post them for when I print out my blog to make books!

Kathy and I at the overlook in Zion.
I uploaded the same picture twice, now I cant figure out how to delete it.

Salsa winners!!!!

OK, its official, I suck at posting!! I do everything backwards!!! Anyways, this is the order of the names I drew. Sorry about the horrible quality of the photos! My camera needs to be fixed! Anyways, Autumn, you will be getting some fresh salsa soon along with Erin and Jessica. Now, as you can see the next three I drew after Autumn are all from out of town. Girls, ill see what I can do, but I'm not making any promises. Maybe you should come and visit to get your salsa!

After the rain....or snow!

These potted plants are my latest "Great Buy". I got the two potted plants last week for $21.00 each at tai pan trading. I bought the little stands to put them in. I love them, especially because I didn't have to do the work!

For some reason my last post didn't post all the pictures. Here's the rest.

After the rain....or snow!

This morning I went jogging and couldnt believe how beautiful it was. I love the smell after rain. Its hard for me to understand how some people dont believe in God, when you see his beautiful creations!

Salsa Recipe

People have been asking for my salsa recipe so I decided to post the recipe with photos. Give it a try! I hope you like it! Here's a list of the ingredients.
Crushed and diced tomatoes
Cilantro
Garlic
Onion
Pasilla or poblano chilies
Yellow chilies (looks like yellow Jalapeno)
Serrano chilies
Jalapenos
Salt
All these ingredients in the picture made a huge bowl, probably more than a gallon.
